Because patio furniture is difficult and expensive to deliver we do not offer an open return policy.

Customer originated order cancellations and returns may be subject to re-stocking fees.  This fee will be determined in order to cover credit card fees, labor, and shipping fees when applicable.

We offer full support on assisting you with any damaged, defective, or other warranty requests and we will coordinate a replacement per our brand product guarantees.
